This puppy is to be in good health, to the best of my
knowledge at the time of sale. To validate this Replacement Policy,
the Purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian
within Five (5) DAYS of pick-up.
If the veterinarian certifies in writing that the puppy is physically
unsound, the puppy and written veterinarian statement as to why
the puppy is unsound must be returned to me within Ten (10) Days
at which time the puppy will be replaced if one of equal value, sex
and color is available. If not the puppy will be replaced as
soon as one becomes available. Examination is at the expense of the
Purchaser.

SHOULD YOU NEGLECT TO TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO A VETERINARIAN
FOR THIS EXAMINATION, YOU WILL ACCEPT IMMEDIATE AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PUPPY'S HEALTH.

~NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN. THIS MEANS IF FULL
PAYMENT IS SENT OR A DEPOSIT, WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY, BUT
WILL REPLACE YOUR PUPPY.~

I will NOT accept for return or exchange for any reason not related directly
to the health of the puppy, and shall under no circumstances be obligated for
any veterinary, RETURN FLIGHT or OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED
for any reason WHATSOEVER.

NOTE: The color & size of a puppy is not GUARANTEED! All I can give is
a GUESSTIMATE.

**** PLEASE ALLOW FOUR (4) TO (6) WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OF
CKC/Other/None PAPERS, IF APPLICABLE.

Please print, sign and send this replacement policy with your deposit or payment to
your seller. Please be sure to include the following: your name, address (including
zip code), your contact phone numbers, your nearest airport name & city located in

Payments should be sent over night in the form of "POSTAL MONEY ORDER", Bank Wire, Credit card payment, Pay Pal or Wal-Mart wire.

If you are paying w/Pay Pal, you will need to at 3% to the total amount for their fee.
If you are placing a deposit, I require 1/2 down then rest is due atleast 2wks before expected shipping date.

Please advise your seller of delivery date and tracking number.

There maybe a "DayCare" fee of $45 per week puppy needs to held, if needed,
added to total price.

And if we have to drive to New Orleans, LA to ship your baby, there will
be an additional fee of $75.00 added to the total price.

written GUARANTEE contains the entire agreement between the parties. ALL IMPLIED
